pedrito’s was Created by the Barano cooks and led by Chef Al Di Meglio's long-time Sous Chef (can you guess?) Pedro. Pedrito, is a nickname chef has given to pedro over the years they worked together. Chef Al wanted to give pedro a platform to cook the food pedro had growing up and share with our beloved neighborhood. this was also a way to help keep all the kitchen staff employed during the covid pandemic shutdowns.

Barano staff has eaten the menu numerous times as family meal, so we thought we should enjoy it with you! It is the simple food pedro and the cooks of barano would eat growing up, they’ve added some favorites and some classics. its a pop up for now, but Who knows, if you love it it may become something that stays for good!

For the meantime our menu is available on Seamless/Grubhub for delivery or pick up from Doordash between 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm tuesday through Sunday. if you feel like a change of pace from our italian, Show pedrito’s some love, you won’t regret it.
